1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or purchasing any educational modules on Artofmentalism.in, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Sudheer Kabeer. This portal is dedicated to performance arts, psychology, and critical thinking. Your use of our platform confirms your complete acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of Courses (Entertainment & Performance)
All masterclasses provided on this portal (including Mentalism and Stage Hypnosis) are designed strictly as performance arts, psychological illusions, and stage entertainment.
- No Supernatural Claims: We do not claim, teach, or endorse real psychic powers, telepathy, occult practices, or mind reading. All routines are based on cognitive biases, psychology, and misdirection.
- Zero Clinical Therapy: Stage Hypnotism taught here is strictly for comedy, stage shows, and entertainment. We do NOT provide clinical hypnotherapy, medical treatments, pain relief, or mental health counseling.
3. Scientific & Rationality Disclaimer
In accordance with our mission to promote Scientific Temper:
- Debunking Reports: Any content related to Tarot, NLP, Manifestation, and Dimension Shifting on this website is for investigative and educational awareness to expose pseudoscientific scams.
- No Guarantees: We make no promises or guarantees of financial wealth, life transformation, or supernatural abilities. Individual success in stage performance depends entirely on practice and dedication.
4. Course Fees & Single-User Access
Enrollment fees for our masterclasses are clearly listed on the course and bundle pages.
- Single User License: Each purchase grants a strictly personal, non-transferable license to access the content via our LMS portal. Sharing login credentials is a direct violation of our terms.
- Prerequisites: You acknowledge that advanced modules require foundational knowledge. If you choose to purchase single modules without prerequisites, certain advanced concepts may be challenging.
- Pricing Updates: We reserve the right to alter pricing, introduce promotional bundles, or modify syllabus content at any time without prior notice.
5. Digital Payments & Gateway Security
All financial transactions are handled securely via Razorpay or other PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- Instant Fulfillment: LMS access is granted automatically upon successful payment confirmation.
- No Payment Data Storage: We never store your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking credentials on our local servers.
- Transaction Disputes: Any failed transactions where amounts were debited without course enrollment are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy
All video lectures, PDF workbooks, curated routines, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Sudheer Kabeer.
- Prohibition of Recording: Screen recording, ripping, mirroring, or distributing our video streaming content is strictly illegal.
- Legal Prosecution: Any unauthorized sharing, resale, or group-buying of our courses will be met with immediate account suspension and criminal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
7. Immediate Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke your account access immediately and without refund if you:
- Share your LMS login credentials with third parties.
- Use the performance techniques taught here to deceive, harass, or scam people under the guise of "real magic."
- Exhibit toxic, defamatory, or abusive behavior toward our instructors or student community.
8. Account Deletion (Google Play Compliance)
In full compliance with Google Play Data Safety Policies, we provide a secure pathway for users to permanently remove their data.
- Request Process: Verified users can authorize account deletion via our Secure Deletion Portal.
- Permanence: Deletion is permanent. You will forfeit all active course enrollments, certifications, and progress records.
- Execution: Account purges are processed within 7 business days. Statutory taxation records of financial transactions are retained as required by Indian Law.
9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alappuzha / Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
